Susan E. Lursen (slursen@cpaslk.com) graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1984 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She gained valuable experience while working for national accounting firm in the audit department. She became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1986.
In 1989, Susan began her own accounting firm, and works with small businesses of all types of industries – including: nonprofits, retail, wholesale, construction, and service industries. She also provides a full range of services to individuals. Her services include: financial statement preparation, income tax planning and preparation, estate tax planning and preparation, and business consulting.

James A. Keck (jkeck@jkeckpc.com) graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He worked for a local accounting firm for two years and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1986. James moved to the wholesale and retail gasoline industry for three years before starting his own practice in 1989. He has been involved with a variety of small businesses and has helped clients in the convenience store and wholesale gas industry for twenty years.
